Our Story
How Hearth and Home was started.
I worked as a Company Secretary, Governance Manager and Finance Officer with not-for-profit organisations, Local Authorities and the heritage buildings sector for ten years providing financial management, governance and compliance support to Councillors, Non-executive Directors and CEOs.
In January 2021, as a result of voluntary work in my local community, I was inspired to transfer my skills and experience to offer home office and household management support services to retired and older people.
I developed my skills range further through advanced training with Hoarding Disorders UK and I now offer hoarding, decluttering and chronic disorganisation support.
